| • The unit strives to ensure that the college produces quality graduates by fostering links and bridging the gaps between student and employer. |
| • Industry representatives will be invited to attend career-discussion with CADEV members in college as well as to give us feedback on the changing needs of the industry and recruitment trends. |

| We provide assistance for employers who seek to hire our top students. Interested employers can approach or contact us to discuss further on their needs. Career Talks and In-Campus interviews will be arranged. |

| 4. Internship Program : |

| Opportunity for students to enhance learning by relating academic knowledge to practice. Students will be able to work alongside various professionals in a chosen career path and build network with them. This programme could facilitate links between the employer and College MCS for possible skills development and recruitment. |
