Jaminan Kerja What is CADev? Career & Academic Development Unit is a unit that responsible to make sure that all the syllabus provided have meet the requirement in in the current industries. Objective of CADev To update / upgrade our syllabus according to the latest industry requirements based on the feedback from industry experts. Role of CADev 1. Ensuring the quality and excellence of teaching and learning. 2. Partnership with Employers : • The unit strives to ensure that the college produces quality graduates by fostering links and bridging the gaps between student and employer. • Industry representatives will be invited to attend career-discussion with CADEV members in college as well as to give us feedback on the changing needs of the industry and recruitment trends. 3. Quality Search : We provide assistance for employers who seek to hire our top students. Interested employers can approach or contact us to discuss further on their needs. Career Talks and In-Campus interviews will be arranged. 4. Internship Program : Opportunity for students to enhance learning by relating academic knowledge to practice. Students will be able to work alongside various professionals in a chosen career path and build network with them. This programme could facilitate links between the employer and College MCS for possible skills development and recruitment. Benefit for Industry 1.College functions as training centre for the industry. 2.Students will be trained with knowledge and skills that match with industry requirements. 3.Industry will gain an employee with the skills and knowledge they require. Majlis 'High Tea' bersama Pengerusi College MCS

Dato’ Seri Paduka Dr. Hj. Shafie Bin Hj. Mohd Salleh akan bersama-sama dengan semua staff College MCS pada 8 Mei 2012 ini. Diharap semua petugas di College MCS akan hadir untuk beramah mesra dengan beliau.Majlis 'High Tea' akan bermula pada jam 4 petang sehingga 6 petang. Matlamat utama majlis adalah untuk mengeratkan lagi hubungan di antara pekerja dengan majikan.
